Fairview Nursing Care Center is conveniently located on the East-bound service road of the Grand Central Parkway, 200 feet south of Jewel Avenue.
Take the Long Island Expressway, Van Wyck Expressway, or Jackie Robinson Parkway to the Grand Central Parkway.
When coming Eastbound on the Grand Central Parkway (from the Triboro Bridge, Long Island Expressway and LaGuardia Airport), get off at exit 11- Jewel Avenue. Remain on the service road for about 1 mile, and Fairview will be on your right.
When coming Westbound on the Grand Central Parkway,(from the Van Wyck Expressway, Jackie Robinson Parkway, or JFK Airport), take exit 11W- 69th Road. After exiting, make your first left onto the eastbound service road of the Grand Central Parkway. Fairview will be on your right.
