At Fairview Nursing Care Center, countless opportunities are provided for residents to explore stimulating new interests and pursue lifelong passions from history to painting, from story-telling to sports and fitness classes, from cooking to sewing, as well as programs with volunteers of all ages from the local community. Various activities, designed and coordinated by our highly creative therapeutic staff, take place in our specially designated activity centers, and give pleasure and feelings of accomplishment that lead to a heightened sense of well-being.
Daily activities and entertainment include cooking, crafts, bingo, movies, intergenerational events, planned excursions, fun theme days, live entertainment, and much more.
Fairview is proud to offer beautiful sitting areas which are open year round and are perfect for barbeques, picnics and carnivals, or just relaxing with friends and family. These include our living room, specially designed to create a sense of peace and tranquility through the presence of live birds and fish, as well as our outdoor patio and gardens for our residents and their families to enjoy. |
